Dunnington Reading Room is looking for a volunteer to take on their booking secretary role due to the existing secretary is moving away from Dunnington.
You will need to be comfortable with computers and apps and have a couple of free hours a week .
You will need to use from your computer:-
• The Hallmaster system to accept and invoice bookings
• The banking app to check for payments and update Hallmaster
• The door lock system, to set up door codes for users
• Gmail to answer booking queries
• A mobile to answer occasional phone callsThe Reading Room team is a friendly bunch, and you will be well supported while you settle into the role.
